If you have a dispute with your loan holder or servicer that you cannot resolve, you can contact the Federal Student Aid Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's office can help you resolve disputes and solve other problems you might have with your loans. The Ombudsman's office works with borrowers who have the following types of loans:- William D. Ford Federal Direct Loans
