Economic Hardship Deferment Form for Perkins -
If you feel you qualify for Economic Hardship and you have a Perkins Loan, fill out and return this form. Your financial situation must meet Department of Education criteria.
Economic Hardship Deferment Form for University Long Term Loans -
If you feel you qualify for Economic Hardship and you have a University Long Term Loan, fill out and return this form. Your financial situation must meet the same Department of Education criteria as the Perkins Loan.

One step towards completing Exit Counseling on loans collected by MU is to complete and return these forms.
Student Deferment Form -
If you are enrolled at least half-time as a degree-seeking student at an eligible school and you have a Perkins, NDSL, and/or University Long Term Loans, use this form to request Student Deferment. You must fill out Part I completely. Your school must complete Part II to certify your enrollment.
